What we use
We are in the salon with these products all day, so we buy them carefully.
Polish & gel
Non-toxic formulas across regular polish, gel, dip powder and pedicure colors. Every gel system we use is HEMA-free, the methacrylate responsible for most gel allergies and lasting nail-bed sensitivity, and TPO-free, the curing agent European regulators restricted in cosmetics from September 2025. This applies to the whole menu, at no added cost.
Spa supplies
Sugar scrubs, botanical soaks, collagen and volcanic clay masks, paraffin and candle oil for the closing massage. Files and buffers are new for every guest, and metal tools are sterilized between visits.

Appointments
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Call us at (415) 566-9888, or email your preferred service, date and time to italianails1810@gmail.com. Your appointment is confirmed when the salon replies.
Our 3-day service guarantee
Our work is guaranteed for 3 days from the service date. Repairs due to normal wear are complimentary. Changes to color, shape or design are not included. Customer-caused nail damage is not covered and incurs a repair fee.
Non-toxic products
All polish and gel used at Italia Nails and Lashes is non-toxic, HEMA-free and TPO-free, and our spa pedicures use gentle scrubs and botanical soaks. If you have reacted to a nail product before, or you are pregnant and would like to know exactly what we are using, please ask and we will go through the products with you.
Refund policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving so we can address your concerns.
Health, sensitivities & medical conditions
Please tell our staff about allergies, product sensitivities, diabetes or other medical conditions before your service. Refrain from services if you suspect an allergic reaction. The salon’s policy states that it is not responsible for skin reactions caused by products or chemicals used during services. Technicians take extra care and avoid cutting too close to cuticles. For client and staff safety, the salon may refuse service for contagious conditions, infections, open wounds or inappropriate behavior.
Children, belongings & a welcoming salon
Children must be supervised at all times and may enter service areas only when receiving a service. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please help us maintain a welcoming, respectful environment. Abusive language, harassment, discrimination and inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
